Tom can still throw it better than most even at his age. JMO his bigger problem is his receivers. The injury to his main guy (lost for the season) was a huge factor since the Pats have to outscore most of the teams in order to win.

Think that’s all he wanted was a chance to be “ the guy “ . He will have that in spades in Buffalo with Nathan Peterman as the only QB listed on their roster with joe Webb as a free agent .
It's the upfront money that counts in the NFL so 5 mil guaranteed isn't going to break the bank in Buffalo. It also doesn't tie AJ down if he doesn't get what he wants. This is definitely a prove it contract.
Actually, he got paid for those 5 straight wins at the end of the season. His rep as a possible starter and all the discussion about New England wanting him to replace Brady was also great publicity.
For AJ he didn't get much more than he had at Cincy. Maybe G-Mac did negotiate this contract.
Well....its up to him now....he isn't behind a andy dalton....
Its not a great or evengood franchise...but they made the playoffs....
....it show time for AJ....
Plus 10 mill with 6.5 in potential incentives.....
I would say he didnt do to bad...
I would imagine the reason that the Browns traded for Taylor in the first place was because AJ and the Bills were already talking and the Bills decided to trade the Browns a QB and they can sign AJ without having to outpay Cleveland.
