🏈 Aggravated with SSN interview with JPW and Johnson

Hi all...normally I don't post much here -- just enjoy the banter -- but I heard something today that really ticked me off. I was listening to Southern Sports Tonight (SSN) -- a talk radio show based out of Ft. Walton, FL and they were doing an interview with John Parker Wilson and Rashad Johnson. The covered the basic questions -- what is Saban really like, what was the toughest road locale, most enjoyable part of Capstone, upcoming NFL draft...yadda yadda. The last question they had the audacity to ask IMHO was related to Andre Smith -- the question was "what do you think of the scouting report on Andre Smith where he was 'jiggly'" - amid a torrent of snickers.

Seriously - what the hell is that all about?!?!? That miffed me not only as an Alabama fan, but also as a fan of college football in general. This crappy radio show (and believe me they lost what little redeeming quality they had when Scott McKinney was incarcerated a few months ago and therefore lost his various contacts with SEC coaching staffs) really blew a golden opportunity to show upcoming high school students what college football life is all about.

Personally, I'm completely done with the show now.

Just thought I'd vent a bit.

At Andre's pro day on campus he was running through his reps with just a long sleeve t-shirt on. Long story short. Andre has a serious case of man-boobs. He looked like Dolly Parton at age 90 running around with no bra on.

The guys on SS apparently were trying to be funny and poking fun at Andre's tits.

No comment on your post, but I did want to point out the obvious flawed logic in your sig.

If your spoon stood a chance of accidentally going off and making your neighbor's 6 year old child fat (non spoon owners), banning it would not be a bad idea.

How about this...its not the spoon's fault - its the fault of the food.
In your paradigm, food = bullets...they have already banned certain foods that are harmful. Keep guns legal and ban bullets?

I'm just saying...it is a logically flawed sig. :nana:

Sounds like material for a trickle down column...
