So sad .. It seems the mother's boyfriend beat him and he was in critical condition at the hospital but in the last hour he died .. Poor AP. Thoughts and prayers go out to his family, and to all victims of assault ..
 
First of all, No one can hurt you now and may you rest in peace. Second, I know it's not the mother's fault but damn, she has some of the responsibility for hooking up with this bastard. I would like to take that SOB to the woods and use him for target practice with my bow.
 
Absolutely terrible, just terrible news. Prays for the Peterson family and especially AP. Guy loved his kid and you can see pics of him and his son at the Vikings practices.

What the hell drives people to beat up infant children and women is beyond me, but I just hope this guy gets put down soon, though we probably won't. Enjoy hell Joseph Paterson.

I think what this guy has coming in prison and Hell is a lot more painful and deserving than what you could do with a bow. A bow would provide a quick death; what he'll receive in prison will not kill him, but will provide a lot of pain. What he'll receive in Hell will provide pain and suffering for an eternity.
 
That's some horrible news. Can't imagine what must be going through AP's mind right now.

Just out curiosity, I'd love to hear this guy's story...assaulting a 2 year old child just seems bogus to me. Someone who does that definitely doesn't belong in normal society.
 
Apparently he has a history of hurting others. He allegedly abused a 3 year old last year. And I think I also saw that he hit one of his previous girlfriends and that she had a restraining order or something.

Guy needs to be put down ..

While it may seem crazy it's not that surprising to me to be honest. As a society we have failed miserably.

Not that this compares to beating a child to death but I read an article today about a man in Alabama that was buying kittens off craigslist only to name them, stomp and break their necks, finally throwing them out in the street like trash. Police found a room he would keep the cats in that had blood splatter everywhere. The guy lived directly across a school so who knows what he might do. Earlier this week 4 young people were found dead in a car on a logging road in Winston county. All of them were accused of child pornography charges in Tennessee. One of them walked around the car shooting the rest with a shotgun and then he got in the car and blew his own head off. They all left letters to their families saying they were innocent. I pray for AP and his family. Lord only knows the pain they are feeling. As for the coward, he doesn't need life in prison where his scumbag lawyer will get him put in solitary so fellow inmates can't do what needs to be done to the spineless s@#*. I say take him out and slowly have him drawn and quartered!
 
Terrible news, I'm just dumbfounded how anyone could do this to a 2 year old.

Thoughts are with Adrian and his family. I can only imagine the internal struggles he's having with this. My first reaction would be one of violence and it wouldn't be pretty.

Absolutely! My only complaint about the death penalty is that it is so watered down that demons like him get to die in a much more peaceful manner than do their victims. Then I remember Romans 12:19 and try to calm down.

I saw on the ESPN crawl last night that Peterson said he is still going to play Sunday.
