AD confident Nick Saban will stay

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. -- Alabama athletic director Mal Moore can look back on his conversations with Nick Saban and feel good about keeping the three-time national championship-winning coach with the Crimson Tide even as rumored NFL opportunities arise.

Moore knows how Saban views the pro game and doesn't believe it's a place he'll return without a drastic change of heart.

"He's expressed to me on several occasions ... that he's happy here," Moore said. "He feels very comfortable, and I believe him."

Don't watch the video unless you want to get PO'ed!

Yup, you were right. Shouldn't have watched that video. I can't stand Colin on a good day and that video just shows he doesn't know what the hell he's talking about.

It didnt occur to him that this is the first time Saban will have been back to Miami since he left to come to Alabama and he just went on there to clear the air about his leaving.

Have you read the comment thread on this article?

What a bunch of whinny haters!

We can't help it if we have the greatest college football coach still walking above ground coaching the greatest college football program in history!

No better coach alive and no greater college football program in history!

Ain't it a $@%!$!

Yeah, I read comments on any Alabama articles from time to time. There's always going to be some BAMA haters which just means "you're BAMA". People my age remember BAMA kicking their ass too much to like them. Now, we are back on top as well? They would love nothing more than to have us destroyed. You almost have to take their comments as flattery. Vitriolic, flattery. LOL! We are just doing too much "right" right now. Envy is ugly. I respect Coach Kelly for saying that his program is trying to become what BAMA is today. It was a strong compliment and I don't think it was just coach speak neither.
