Two scenario's for him; waiver or the NCAA passes their one time eligibility rule. It's the NCAA change that's expected to pass leaving the SEC to a formality.

The Big 12 is the one that really is "stuck in the times." They still have the ability to say no to a grad transfer, interconference.
