to open back back up after the game on thursday night to start selling the longhorn national /bcs champion apparel. i just heard that on the radio . seems pretty cocky to me . are they doing that in alabama ?

alot of the stuff is printed before hand, thats why you will see Buffalo Bills SUPER BOWL shirts on kids is Nigeria, it is donated to charity organizations to be distributed to third world countries

Yes, I realize it is printed beforehand. I really didn't think they had little elves who worked all night to print the shirts after the game...

My comment was more directed to the point that the Academy stores won't be selling the Texas BCS merchandise because they won't be the champions...we will!

ETA: I actually always DID wonder what happened to the stuff for the losing team.

when i was back home for Christmas, i noticed that a few hibbetts stores were doing the same thing.... they were pretty confident that they would be selling a ton of Alabama stuff following the game.. I was told that if i couldn't find any national championship merchandise down here in sw Florida, then they would order it for me.

always wondered about the final four, world series/superbowl/nba finals stuff as well. not to mention sec champs, bowl winners, and national champs ncaa football stuff, too
