🏈 A Vision of Sugar-Plums and Daisies

I just read the article that Mr. BOT put on the board in his latest brilliant post. It was regarding Alabama and Florida being chosen by the B-Ham News to win it's respective divisions and force a repeat.

That will indeed happen and I will be the happiest person on Earth. It will happen; I have had a vision of it. You know what, 'Bama Fans, we owe them a couple. Not just one, but 2 at least. They have stood victorious over us 5 times now in SEC Champ games. Two more wins for 'Bama would make it a respectable and decent 4-5 in favor of Florida in SEC Champ games vs. Alabama.

Dammit, this has to end and end this season. 'Bama's D was better last year than Florida's, that is a verifiable fact.

Alabama's D was tied for 3rd in the nation, with that orange colored team above us. Florida's was ranked 9th nationally.

'Bama returns damn near the whole list of starters. Florida, indeed, does return it's whole list. But, just the same, Coach Nick Saban is unrivaled, unrivaled in development techniques for a strong and brutally hard hitting and dominating defense.

He wasn't just pissing in the wind when he stated that he wished for other teams to not look forward to playing 'Bama because of the pain inflicted, not verbatim.

I foresee a decent offense, perhaps reminiscent of '92's offense. Not spectacular at all, but they get the job done somehow, someway.

If we can just make it over that meeting in Atlanta to start the season. Perhaps VT will do a purple out to intimidate and frighten 'Bama's players in the same fashion that the Ga. Bulldogs did with their blackout.

One thing is for certain though, VT will not be a Clemson. No sir, VT will be ready, apparently Clemson wasn't. Clemson wasn't even ranked last season, to hear some tell it.

Alabama took advantage of a team that just wasn't ready, that is what it was. Alabama wasn't that quality of team, Clemson just simply wasn't ready. Naturally, if by some miracle Alabama really romps, I can't wait to hear the stories.

But, you know what, if 'Bama knocks some folks out and jumps on them, it could get ugly. Sure, I mean, it isn't impossible is it? Am I being a sunshine pumper? LOL. I hope so.
