An ad I ran across this morning. I've worked some pretty large cast nets shrimping and it wasn't one of those deals where it only took a few times to get the handle on how to use them. 4', not so bad even for a beginner but when you get to 8' and larger? On a boat at that with the tide coming in? Balance, accuracy...it's a learned skill to get the net fully expanded.

And then I see this...doesn't seem right. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø (from 10-20 bucks on sale which isn't too bad considering how much you can pay from some lures.)

I just can’t see that being very successful. I’ve been throwing cast nets for work for over 20 years. There’s an art to it and a good bit of luck. It’s been my experience, if it makes fishing look easy and successful…it’s a scam.
There's only a couple is scenario's I see this working and it starts with a really good fish/depth finder.
