I have not watched the video yet but there is always a bottom line no matter who you are. Past success and how you represent yourself and the organization does buy some good will to a point. It is that way in the real world also unless your world is some government agencies (trying to not paint to broad of a brush).

Results do matter... BTW I am not saying Murphy is not getting results but speaking generally how people can call for him to be replaced.
