My take on all this is that on the issue of PFP and MSU, the NCAA concluded that it had no evidence it could go forward with that Auburn or Cam had done anything wrong, and they were not far enough along on the other matters to justify suspending him. Its like the cops telling the organized crime guy they're letting him walk for now on one charge, but there is plenty of other stuff, so don't leave town.
