almost a NC in 2017... missed chip shot FG vs UGA at end of game to win... had to go to OT to win NC (2nd and 26).

As a kid growing up in the 70's and a teen in the 80's, I hated 4 teams more than any others. I hated the Vols first, then ND, then GT and UGA. I hated UGA mostly because of the constant "How Bout Them Dawgs" on the Atlanta news(we picked up the ATL, Chattanooga and Huntsville stations on antenna. My first ever Bama game to attend was at GT in '82. Bama kicked their ass so bad that my walk-on brother got to play several series in the game.

I believe the Capstone has a mysterious effect on gravitational pull and our kickers can't adjust to physics. It seems like we always miss most of our field goals to the right. That has to be it. I am sure it is it.

The UF game was in the Swamp in '99 and the Orange Bowl was following that '99 season. That was probably the first time I didn't take a loss so hard. Even the complete meltdown of the '00 season, I didn't get upset. Beating UF due to a missed PAT and then losing on a missed PAT just seemed like justice was served.
