Jake Peetz (Offensive quality control assistant) will join the Washington Redskins' staff and offensive GA John Van Dam is heading to Michigan with Nuss.

A small change in philosophy leading to larger changes in personnel.

Shouldn't at all. It's common to have this time of turnover in these positions. Now that Kiffin is working on a more up-tempo approach with the pro set we use bringing in guys familiar with this system is key.

Van Dam has a good grasp of what Nuss does and what he looks for...good fit for him moving on with Nuss.

Alabama defensive graduate assistant Jules Montinar will join Everett Withers' staff at James Madison as defensive backs coach.

Montinar assisted Saban, Jeremy Pruitt, and Greg Brown the last couple of years with the secondary at Alabama.
