🏈 A few Crimson Tide notes while awaiting Nick Saban at SEC media days ...

- Redshirt freshman Undra Billingsley has moved from the defensive line to tight end and will wear jersey No. 86 this season. A 6-foot-2, 276-pound player out of Birmingham's Woodlawn High School, Billingsley signed in 2008 and didn't participate in a game last year while practicing at defensive end.

- Good news for Tide fans: Big nose tackle Terrence Cody is listed at 354 pounds in the media guide, down 11 pounds from last season's starting weight.
Good news for Cody, bad news for SEC centers.

This one caught my eye. He may become the McCall of this year's tight end group.

He played TE for two years, if I recall, while playing DE on the otherside. Not totally surprising, although is it a case of needing a McCall type at TE, or being deep at DE?

There are two guys at DE that I'm watching/wondering if they fall into the attrition list—Gentry and Talbert.

But, setting those aside, we still are pretty deep.

Dareus

Then we get down to Stinson and Ming as DE prospects coming in along with more guys at the tackle position with Dial, Bonds and Sentimore if he qualifies...

Yah, a little depth there...
