I have to agree with the 9-4 prediction. MSU coming off a bye week with a lot of emotion will give us a run, and there is no way we stop Cam. I don't care how optomistic Bama fans are, he will trouncy us. Look at how 2 of the worst 3 QB's in the league just put it to us today. We didn't get one turnover on D and we couldn't stop them. Heck, UT played them a lot better game than we did. And that's saying a lot! I thought all year LSU was overrated, but they proved today that we were. I say put McCarron in next week and start working on next year. Nothing left to shoot for this year.
We lose another game cause our team is playing with no heart. We have NO intensity at all. Our offense is anemic and predictable this year. Gmac is a good QB but he is not a high risk high reward QB.

This isn't a few years ago, so 9-4 won't cut it. This team has two, count them - two, number one ranked recruiting classes playing and a number five. This team has been poorly coached. 9-4 is what gets coaches fired at Alabama.
That being said, the staff should begin working on next year. Ingram cannot win the Heisman; let others who will be playing next year begin to get experience. Mac's streak is long gone; McCarron needs the meaningful reps. Go right on down the line and work for next year, because this team's goals are out the window, all of them. The collection of older players obviously provides no leadership, because this group has no heart. Oh, and go out and buy Running an Offense for Dummies for our offensive coaches and let them read the chapter on play calling.

You and me both. I love armchair coaches who think they can do better than a coach that wins championships.
Totally agree with both post. It's absurd how some Alabama fans react to a loss. Sure it sucks watching the team lose, but given the way they've been playing it was no big surprise to me, and I'm surprise to so many Alabama fans sorta shocked we lost the game against LSU. We've floundered through the season for the most part with the exception of a couple of games. Everyone knew what the expectations were coming into the season. Defending a NC, all the bye weeks, it was a lot to overcome and there isn't too many teams that have been able to do it in the modern era of college football.
Seeing people screaming fire this coach, bench that player is simply an angry fan that's mad at the fact he can't pound his chest all week about his team's win at his rival buddies at work, church etc. I'm fully confident at the job Saban and his staff have done. I wouldn't want anyone else in their places.

Hooked on phonics, worked for me. No one said "fire the coach". The statement was that 9-4 was what got coaches fired. 10-2 and Curry was gone. If you don't like Alabama fans, go cheer for some other team.
Just because you think someone can't do better, doesn't mean this coaching staff did well. Maybe someone could do better. If a team has better players and doesn't win, whose fault is it?

No thanks, I'll cheer for Alabama. I'll just put up with ignorant fans such as yourself who have nothing better to do than ***** about a coaching staff who just last year won us a national championship.
I say the players won despite the coaches and that is evidenced by the results this year.
This has got to be the biggest horse**** comment I've ever read here. I wish the mods would cut you off of here just for saying this. 9-4 is not a failure. Fans who are so myopic as to expect Alabama to go undefeated every year, are the real failures. Alabama is not the only college football program in existence, and not even the only one in this state.
