Corona, Calif., quarterback Blake Barnett and his family have been vacationing in San Diego all week.

His father, Lance, put out a Roll Tide flag on July 25.

San Diego beach house for a week w/friends. Time for a break before season. Flying the #RollTide all week!

9:44 PM - 25 Jul 2014

This morning, apparently an enterprising Auburn fan decided to retaliate with a newspaper clipping showing a picture of Auburn's Chris Davis returning the game-winning kick from the Iron Bowl last season.

Taped on the beach house door this AM. Been flying the #Bama flag all week. Into to the rivalry. I say bring it #RTR

1:11 PM - 31 Jul 2014

It was taped to the door in red tape.

"Nothing wrong with good humor," [URL='http://alabama.247sports.com/Article/Iron-Bowl-rivalry-reaches-doorstep-of-5-star-Bama-QB-commit-29978449']Lance Barnett told BamaOnline
. "They did use red duct tape, so perhaps they are Bama fans at heart. Roll Tide."

I have never ever seen a barner in San Diego and seen only a total of 6 in my life time in Cali. Of course some barners will see this and immediately make up some bull shit like "Oh no, we have a lot of alumni in San Diego!" when actually their chapter is probably hardly known.

I'm up at Edwards AFB here in Cali...... I work with one Auburn Fan (he's pretty cool and decent)....and I've ran into one other Auburn fan while out here. But on the other hand i've seen quite a few Bama fans.
