🏈 4 out of 5 CBS "Experts" pick LSU?

 Florida in no way loses this game........unless they have an absolute total meltdown in every position. Winstreaks and nightgames isnt gonna mean squat for LSU. This game will be close for about 20 minutes..then Florida pulls away. LSU WINNING.........................:rofl::rofl::rofl: Tebow will play...he may not play the entire game..but he will take the field....I dont think a truck could drag the kid away from this game.

I think Florida wins, but not sure by how much. If Tebow doesn't play it certainly levels the field a bit for LSU. I see UF winning but it will be entertaining to watch how they play if Tebow ends up not playing.

How did they come up with that? I'll be shocked if Florida doesn't win by at least 20.

I think FL wins this handily in the end after struggling to get going in the first half. Something these guys seem to be forgetting is LSU ranks 99th in the country in total offense while FL ranks 1st in total defense. I understand everyone is worried about the effect of not having Tebow but damn you have to score to win and I dont seem to recall Tim playing defense at all.

FL has averaged over 300+ yards per game on the ground (albeit against lower level teams) and LSU ranks 41st in the country in rush defense. All in all FL isnt going to light up the score board IMO as even if Tebow plays he will not be 100% and they arent going to put the ball in his hands the whole game and risk him getting beat up this soon but they will do plenty enough to win and hold LSU's offense in check.

Although I'm sure UF wants to go undefeated they don't have too. They will earn their spot in the SECCG even with a loss to LSU and the polls will forgive them for a loss without Tebow. I don't think he plays this weekend, even though he practiced non-contact today. Even so, I still think UF wins this game with or without Tebow. Just was not impressed with the Tigers this past weekend against UGA.

I'm with the minority here, I can see LSU pulling the upset. Only if and that's a big IF, they're defense shows up and the offense limits their mistakes. It sure would help them a lot if Tebow doesn't show either, but that pretty much goes for every team.

LSU = no running game...neither does UF...toss up. SO I will go with coaching...UF wins with or without Tebow.

LSU plays sloppy under Miles. Their Oline is not very good. UGA handed the game to them.

I see this game totally different than most. Tebow out + LSU at home at night = LSU win. LSU hasn't put together a great half or probably a great quarter all year. With all the emotion at Death Valley they'll play way over their heads. This will be their best and most complete game to date.

LSU will find a way. Without Tebow it will just be easier. If Tebow somehow plays I still say LSU in a close one. He just won't be as effective.

BTW, I hope I'm wrong. LSU with one loss would make me feel better. I know we have to essentially beat everyone on our schedule, but all these west teams still in contention leave me uneasy. This might be a year where 1 loss takes you out of the picture.

Sandra! There is no loss! Pull your strings to get the charter to Pasadena!

Here's something to chew on...

If I were to ask what you thought about the pass defense Arkansas and Georgia has, what would be your response?

Everyone is saying, and I do agree, the Florida offense will take a different route if Brantley plays. They'll be more of a passing team.

Interestingly enough, those two team I mentioned earlier, Georgia and Arkansas. They ranked 11th and 12th in the SEC in pass defense.

Coming in at #10? The LSU Tigers.

Their only saving grace this year has been scoring defense. In the passing game, they'll only allowed five touchdowns.

Here's another one to chew on...

Best 3rd down conversion in the SEC? Florida and just under 60%.

Worst 3rd down defense in the SEC? LSU.

I'm looking, continuously, and still can't find a reason to pick LSU.

OH!

And here's another jewel.

Sandra's talking about how LSU might win.

If Vegas knew that? The point spread would take a double-digit swing in a matter of minutes. :nana:
