Good read. It's very interesting how Bama dominates both with getting the top talent to the NFL, but also developing the lower tiers of talent there, as well. I think the surprising part was Michigan. Either they are getting talent that the NFL sees as worthy of a chance to take no matter how poor the development has been, or they develop players into great "me first" types that just don't help the team win.
