🏈 GAME THREAD 2018 SEC Championship: Jalen Hurts leads Alabama's comeback 35-28

Sounds like Kirby's in full bitch mode in the post game presser, looking forward to watching it.

Kirby Dumb's a jackass. I know he has to sell his team, but the guy needs to show some respect to a team that has ripped his tiny heart out twice in 2018.

What did he say?

4 minute mark on Kirby's presser FTBL - 2018 SEC Championship: Post Game Pressers

God, I hope someone asks Saban about that comment.

I am only 68 but I don't recall a Bama team shetting the bed for as long as this team did tonight yet still rise and win. UGA is a talented football team that is only going to get better. Sorry Kirby but that fake FG was pretty stupid. #5 for Bama's defense played a great game.

I am concerned that #13 has regressed in his thought process. He should be taking the short stuff that he has been given yet he continues to go for the home run time and time again. Nick needs to get in his face and snatch a knot in his azz.

I heard Kirby state Georgia was one of the top 4 teams in the country and he should ask the coach in the other locker room and that bama does not want to play them again. Something to that effect.

Me personally, I would love to play them again. I do not believe there is anyway bama plays that poorly against them again especially the offense and Tua.

Sometimes you just can't seem to get out of your own way. You do a few good things, then there's an aw sh(ucks) moment and you lose all that you have gained. That was Bama tonight. It wasn't "lack of preparation" or being "outcoached" or any other hackneyed phrase that fans like to trot out so they can sound like a pundit.
Sometimes you just have butterfingers and the yips, and that doesn't help when you're playing a really good team. The pressure is on, and it gets worse the more mistakes you make. There were some things that Bama did right, but there was also a lot they didn't do in the first 40 minutes. They didn't cover well in the flat. They didn't seal the corners well. They didn't make clutch catches that might have turned the game. Tua didn't get rid of the ball when he should have sometimes.
But there was one thing they didn't do that made all of the difference.
They didn't quit.
These guys are champions. They didn't give up, they didn't play to make it respectable, they were aggressive even when down and apparently out. They played to win, and they cut UGA's heart clean out yet again and waved it in their face while it was still beating.
I don't know if they'll go all the way. Everyone but ND (who is an overrated sack of stuff, and I don't apologize for that opinion) left to play are pretty good teams. UGA and some our fan base learned something tonight that those teams should know, though.
Bama is a pretty good team, too.

#1 Bama played a #4 team UGA! #2 Clemson is playing a #Unrank team Pitt! OU played a #14 team Texas! Ohio St. is playing a #21 team Northwestern! OU should be the #4 team tomorrow?
