If UK plays like that going forward, Nova or UVA may have a hard time with them.

I won't let myself get started about the officiating. I will say that for the first 30 minutes we actually played pretty well. What did us in was that Poythress, who is normlly a 20 percent three point shooter, nailed 5 from behind the arc. We would be tough to defend as well if say Rodney Taylor started draining the three ball.

I am not especially enamored of UK's chances in the dance. Their big men are rather ordinary, and if the game is close Eulis and Murray will be on the floor close to 40 minutes.

I should be used to this from what I have seen over the years. Kentucky is allowed to play aggressively because they are Kentucky. Opponents are not because they are not Kentucky.

Difference between SEC tournament and the NCAA tournament, in the NCAA half of UK's team would have fouled out by halftime.

Yup.

Season Tix at UK are sold out years in advance. There's a waiting list for their basketball that's comparable to our football waiting list. So, those that can't get season tickets buy up in droves for the SEC Tourney, just to see their team play.

It was like a UK home game yesterday, with as many fans as they had there.

And the Power brokers know that fans would buy up more tickets in the thousands if UK wins. We had a fighter's chance until a series of blatantly horrible calls sparked a run for them. All about dem dolla dolla bills, y'all.
