I hope the score is 99-0, but I have a feeling the game will look like the Tenn game. Something like 29-9...yet close in the early going.

MSU can't maintain against 'Bama for an entire game, but I expect a close first quarter.

Miss State always has a nice ground game and a defense that loves to fly around the ball.

Simply put...they don't have the talent, thus...they will lose.

However to pay respect to your notion, if we come out and the score is 21-0 before State even knows what's going on, then it could be 56-10...etc.
UGA had the talent to come back after it was 31-0; MSU does not.

I think we will win this one, but don't think it will be a blow out unless they can't stop the run at all. I think we will play a lot of people and maybe stop some of our drives trying things. We may touch 40 and them if they are lucky in the teens. No blowout but a decent margin of victory, but the key is a victory not the points scored.

I feel like we can blow them out...Playing at home, in front of what should be a super-hyped up crowd. Losing 2 years in a row to them, their rushing defense is close to the worst in the SEC our rushing offense is 1st or 2nd. I say we could hang 56 on them but probably end up like 38 to 42.

I joined the Air Force 11/18/92. The year sound familiar to anyone? I was in basic training for the end run that year. So, I brought us luck for the run to the MNC. :wink:

It just so happens that I will be deploying for Iraq Monday. I know, I know, Monday is 11/17, but I will be prestaging and flying to Norfolk, VA on that day. I don't actually leave for FOB Falcon until 11/18. So I will miss the end of this season, almost exactly like I did in 92.

Therefore, I can say with confidence that if we win today, we are MNC bound!!

I wouldn't have gotten it. I was outside most of the 4th Q. :shock: :shock: :shock: Seriously!

When the pressure gets too much I have to have space, so I just go outside and walk ALL over my yard. My boys were all in AU last weekend, so it was just me and my daughter. I made it clear for her to come get me when Alabama scores...not if but when.

I'm telling you I about died when she didn't come after the Tiffin kick. I'm out there thinking how in the world could he miss that one.
