What's Cooking This Weekend?

Anybody willing to share what they are grilling or any special 4th of July plans?

We're old fogies. We'll grill some burgers and dogs. There will be sides of baked beans, cole slaw and french fries. My wife's sister will bake a strawberry cake, and we'll have homemade ice cream.

What about you guys and girls?

I will be on call Friday through Monday. No grilling for me this weekend.

Had I not been working it would have been a couple slabs or ribs with baked beans (on the grill) and cole slaw. :frown:

This weekend was a rack of spare ribs, and some sausages. I love the butcher's sausages, but I wish that he knew the difference between spares and baby backs. I'm *not* a fan of spare ribs. Off to the meat market during the week to get some *proper* BBQing cuts.
