šŸˆ GAME THREAD WEEK 16 / Conference Championship Week ~ Games start Friday, 4 ET.

Damn rule that receiver must control the ball all the way through the play sucks like a two bit whore. Terrific catch on UAB's first play from scrimmage and all the receiver gets is injured. Goes up about ten feet to make the catch and when he hits the ground like a ton of bricks of course the damn ball comes loose! No catch call there is like calling a fumble when a ball carrier hits the ground and the ball comes loose.

Oregon has 5 freshmen and sophomores from the state of Alabama. Several also from GA and a couple from MS. A kid at a private school in Nashville signed with them last year so I looked to see who else they had around here. Cristobal must still have some connections around here.

Also noticed they have a strength coach named Shaud Williams. Not sure if that’s the former Bama player or not. No bio info was on his page.

Shaud Rashae Williams (born October 2, 1980) is an American football coach and former running back who is currently assistant strength and conditioning coordinator at Oregon. Originally from Andrews, Texas, Williams played college football and baseball at Texas Tech and Alabama.

With USC's propensity for comebacks, I have the possibility of the most unlikely trifecta ever. Two USC TDs with a two point conversion gives USC a 32-31 win. I have Oregon +1 1/2, USC to win, and the over 62 1/2.
