There are rules. If you are at a campground, you are camping.
There is no "rain" in camping.

Different rules when its "real camping". In a rv with tv..bathroom..refrigerator..air conditioning...satellite tv.....is not real camping...
Big difference in camping and traveling in a camper

Been there. Done that. And still slept in the rain at the camp fire. Santee National Park.
