I suppose they will have a combination of at lest 20 uniforms for the season. Hopefully they will be able to sell tickets to their homes games to visitors.

Bill Belichick does similar to rookies, giving the first pick 50, the second 51, etc. He used to give all rookies blank jerseys until the rules changed and required them in camp.
