Great news!! I know our men's team has won it all before as well. Add this news with the new $10 million adapted sports facility going up beside the Student Rec Center, our University truly cares about EVERYONE!!! I have an uncle that is paralyzed from the waist down after being in an automobile accident almost 40 years ago. He went through Lakeshore when it was just a fledgling program. He participated in all of the activities offered and finally found his calling on the US Paralympic Shooting Team. He has participated in 2 Olympic games. I also have a former player of mine that suffered a spinal injury from a car accident. He has rehabbed himself into a professional trainer and body builder. He picked up his pro card last year. Seeing what UA has done to help these athletes really makes me beam with pride after having been affected so closely.
