Some of you softball gurus may know the answer. The Auburn catcher would carry the ball out to the pitcher and hand it to her after every pitch. If there’s a runner on 3rd the 1st baseman would come down the line and cover home when she did this. I’m like WTF, can she not throw a ball to the pitcher or the pitcher can’t catch a cold. Any answers? It is Awburn, so there’s that.

I saw a comment this morning that the announcers said she had a hard time making the short throws, but hitting 2B was no issue. I can't say if that's true or not.

She’s had the yips all year. Saw some of their games this season, even the early ones, and she was doing it then.
