If any of you ever get a chance to hit up Torchy's Tacos in Texas, you should. Great tacos, started in a food truck in Austin and have expanded all over Texas.

Had the taco of the month today, The Washingtonian (January 2018). Very good, not sure why the sour cream though. Could use a bit of heat.

• Pulled smoked pork and grilled onions topped with Chipotle BBQ sauce, jack cheese, pickles, sour cream, and avocado. Served on a flour corn tortilla.

And a hidden menu item, The Matador.

• Chopped brisket and grilled jalapeno topped with pickled onions, jack cheese, avocado, sour cream and cilantro with tomatillo sauce on a corn tortilla.

Easily my favorite taco of the month, I think I went there 3 times that month to get two each time. This one's called The Creeper (August 2017). I love hot food.

• Habanero battered fried chicken, chorizo, chopped bacon, Brushfire jalapeños, cotija cheese, pickled onions & cilantro served with a drizzle of creamy Ghost Pepper sauce on a flour corn tortilla.

Do look good to eat! But I couldn't eat any, because of the heat. Me and my stomach don't do to well on it, like I user too!:argh:
