There's an interview running today on SC where McShay says he thinks the NC game is going to lack a lot without a SEC team in the mix. Paraphrasing, "it doesn't seem right."

As they close down the segment he, albeit uncomfortably, says he believes the Buckeyes would be a good match-up against the 'Noles.

Personally, I just don't see that happening. When I consider strength on strength I'm left without a single unit to point to where I feel OSU has an advantage—maybe equal in a couple of areas like the running back corps.

Give or take a few points the projected line for this game would be FSU -10. It's my opinion that number is low.

How do you see this game?

On a Bama related note, if we were able to play, these numbers were released today.

Neither Ohio State nor Florida State have played a tough opponent. USCe beat the heck out of Clemson. I honestly don't know how they would stack up against each other. I would probably pick FSU because their talent predominantly comes from the same place Bama's does, and Jimbo Fisher was taught by the best.

I think FSU will crush them. Even though neither team has played anyone, FSU defense should be the better of the two.

My thoughts exactly. I don't see it even being close.

Interesting to see that we would be favored against .. well, everyone. Too bad #4 has no shot in hell of playing for a championship, even if they are the better team.
