Alabama returns four of last yearās five starters along its offensive line.
But spring practice ended with Barrett Jones feeling a bit like a newcomer. The last week of spring drills Jones, an All-SEC performer and third-team All-American at right guard, took reps and played the A-Day Game at left tackle. He has worked extensively at left tackle in the opening week of training camp.
Crimson Tide coach Nick Saban said Jonesā position hasnāt been determined.
āObviously, the offensive line is not settled,ā Saban said last weekend. āThereās an opportunity there for somebody, whether they play guard and the guard (Jones) plays tackle, or whether we have a left tackle that comes through and Barrett Jones goes back and plays guard.ā
