On this date in 1978 Woody Hayes threw the punch that lead to the end of his career. I was watching the game and could not believe it took the announcers so long to comment on it.

Woody would take the yard marker and tear it up when he didn't like what was called on him, or, if the play didn't go right. He was one of a kind!
