🏈 Texas holder snap signal

I don't know how or where to get a image but, during the Texas and Iowa State snoozefest, I saw something pretty funny. On a Texas fieldgoal, which was a career long 49 yarder, the snapper indicated he was ready for the snap by giving the long snapper the finger. It was pretty funny at the time. Not sure if anyone else who endured the game saw that.

Sorry but I don't have this thing call cable or the Texas Channel to watch that! But I sure that will become another big topic for all us to discuss this type of behavior! :D So how are the Shorthorn doing tonight?

Yep... gave him the finger...

That must of just been something they did that they thought would be funny as a signal and didn't think anyone would notice.

When I was coaching HS ball, our HC wanted to go no huddle and signal in the plays. I was coaching QBs, so I said that I would take the QBs and that "we" would come up with signals that they all could remember and could put them with the play call. For example, we had a Guard pull or trap play that we called "Georgia". To help the QBs, they suggested, hiking a leg like a bulldog taking a piss! Our Tackle pull or trap was "Texas" so we used a double hook 'em horns sign. Our bubble screen was "Boston", so we used an ass cheek, Boston Butt! The guys loved it and really got a kick out of me signaling the plays in to them. The HC looked at me like I was a circus clown on Friday nights but grew to like it and STILL USES IT 11 YEARS AFTER I STEPPED OUT!!

When I was in high school our signal for a jailbreak blitz was the "up yours" gesture. So, he would do the "4" "3" (or "5" "0") with his hands and then...
