HUNTSVILLE, AL -- The mountain of Alabama's defensive line is coming to Huntsville.

Terrence Cody, the six-foot-five, 365-pound All-American nose guard for the national champion Crimson Tide, will sign autographs Sunday at Parkway Place Mall from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The event will be held at the lower level of the mall between Pottery Barn and Jos. A Bank.

My 11 y/o nephew went to this. He said Cody seemed more interested in his cell phone and the people standing behind him than the fans that were in line that wrapped completely around Parkway Place Mall. Adult fans probably don't care as much but I'm sure the kids that stood there for that long were disappointed when they could barely get a hello out of him.

On a related note, Arenas and Upchurch will be at Parkway Place next weekend signing. I have no idea what the times are.

Yeah, I bet he is working on agents and stuff to prepapre for his next journey. Everything I've ever seen states he is normally a very outgoing and good person.

We all have times when we are not at our best.

I can tell you this, he has been at the University mall in Tuscaloosa, Friday and Saturday signing autographs, and the Saturday night signing wasn't suppose to happen. He showed up to eat at the mall and got coaxed to signing autographs for a couple of hours. My two sons met him and got his autograph and he looked worn out.

Trust me, he has been signing autographs for quite a few days in a row.
