Terrence Cody and his wife receive arraignment date on animal-cruelty charges

Former Alabama All-American Terrence Cody has been assigned an arraignment date in Baltimore on 13 animal-cruelty and two drug charges, and his wife will join him on the docket. The Baltimore Sun reported Cody's wife, Kourtney Jammese Kelley, faces the same 15-count indictment as her husband. Both will be arraigned in Baltimore County Circuit Court on March 23, when they will be expected to enter pleas.
