🏈 Tennessee Recruiting Question

They currently are 2nd in most rankings with 34 commits...34.... I was under the impression that the practice of over committing/over signing was going to be frowned upon and dealt with by the SEC offices? How in the world are they going to uphold all 34 commitments? I could see maybe 27 or 28 but 34? that's 9 more than the per year allotment..if anyone can explain it to me, please feel free.

I will add, that I do know about back counting and greyshirting...but at 34 I don't see how they'd be able to weasel that many into the program.
