| FTBL Tailgating at Georgia Dome

Good luck if you are looking for a Quad type atmosphere. There is a big parking lot outside the dome and alot of parking decks at the Congress center area. On the backside of the congress center there are some gypsy type lots that you may be able to pay for another spot and set up a tent and grill, otherwise its parking lot style tailgating.
There is a place across from the dome and congress center that we call the "gulch" Its under an overpass, you can park probably 20-30 cars and for Falcons games alot of people grill and party down there.

i actually spoke with a rep from the atlanta falcons tailgate crew today. found their site and ask their opinion. see we have multiple tents and music and lights, its crazy. i wanna be in the middle of the action. he told me that during falcon home games the international deck is used for radio trucks, tv, and a lot of fan stuff. he says we might be able to use that for tailgating. otherwise i will most likely use their spot in the orange lot. im not looking for the "quad" atomosphere for a couple of reasons. 1. i am a dad, my daughter doesnt go to the games with us bc we drink a ton. 2. the quad is too laid back for our group. no offense to anyone please. i will try to be more specific about our location in case anyone wants to hook up with us. i own a dj company so i have all the sound one would need. you will hear us. in fact you may have. im the guy at the walk of champions with the music.

They will probably setup a bunch of stuff on the deck between the Dome and Philips Arena. Just like before Falcons games. That might be the closest to a Quad atmosphere.
I've never done any tailgating at the Dome. I usually get there walk to the Dome. Grab a snack/ beverage and sit down.
Of course they have added a Taco Mac inside the Dome. Over 300 different beers (bottled/ tap) so maybe I can add to my count.
Nevermind, Taco Mac at the Dome is for Club Level passholders only. :roll: And they only have 10 beers in there.
