Today's practice report will be a little different because it's an open practice for Fan Day. I'll make running posts throughout the thread instead of one long post.
Cam Robinson is at practice and he's going through drills with the offensive lineman. That tells me the knee isn't that sprained. In fact, he's going through drills right now with the first team offensive line.
Chris Blake and Bo Scarbrough are both in black jerseys.
Going through a few plays, Jake Coker is the quarterback working behind the first-team offensive line.
The second team offensive line was LT to RT: Korren Kirven, Isaac Luatua, J.C. Hassenauer, Alphonse Taylor and Brandon Greene.
Alec Morris showing off a nice arm, zipping a tight spiral over the middle.
I'm really impressed with the speed, vision and cutting ability of true freshman running back Damien Harris.
Turnovers is a huge emphasis this year, as in every drill/play defenders are ripping at the ball.
Wouldn't read too much into it, but true freshman corner Minkah Fitzpatrick getting some reps with the 1s in drills. He was at corner and at the Star.
Rashaan Evans just picked off a pass from a lazy throw by Cooper Bateman.
Lee will start over Foster in different packages. The package we play the most is one Foster starts in.
Jarran Reed has some quickness coming down the line while pursuing the runner. Big fella can move.
Tony Brown went down on a play and is favoring his left shoulder. He immediately went to the locker room.
Blake Barnett rolls out to his right and fires a long touchdown pass.
@CecilHurt: My quarterback observation from practice. @Blake_Barnett6 will eventually start at Alabama. Whether that is in 2015 or not, I do not know.
