🏈 Sugar Bowl pre-game discussions

At this point, I give Clumpsum the upper hand given their steady performances in the last stretch. Dominating Miami even though that may not be worth much also was helpful for the eye test. They are solid on defense and run the ball much better than previous years. The one plus for Bama is that Deshaun Watson isn't on their roster anymore. I'm hoping this turns into tamu minus Manziel.... very beatable.

For Bama to win, the offense has to decide what it wants to do. I don't think we win trying to make Jalen Hurts stand in the pocket for most of the day like we're the "San Diego Chargers". Though, if that's what they plan on doing, they better practice the same 10-20 routes about 5,000,000 times before new years b/c it hasn't been working out against the better teams in the second half of the year.

If we are run first and pass when you have to or for dramatic effect, I think we win by 10 or more points. .

I predict a similar approach from the miss st and auburn games with maybe just enough success to keep the game close.

Guys and gals, I usually don't post info this specific to game plan, but I can't keep this to myself. Word is, whether Jalen is doing well or not, that Tua starts the 2nd quarter getting 3-5 plays, and if he does well, possibly more. From all I've been told, you I'll not see the Bama team that plays to not lose the game like we've seen recently, but, we will all finally get to see the Alabama that is the hunter, and playing to win. I've been told that Saban has told Daboll to install a game plan for Jalen that plays solely to his strengths. Primary target, one checkdown, or run like hell. I am so pumped to see our Alabama show the world that we are still the premier program in college football!
