I 've seen something similar a few years ago. A couple of people at my store made a bet concerning the Iron Bowl. This was a tear that Auburn lost. The guy(Auburn fan) had to dress up in Bama gear for the day and at the store meeting whenever the other(Bama fan) pointed at him he had to shake the small pom pom and say Roll Tide. Afterwards he took a lemon merangue cream pie to his face. I took my camera to the store that day just for that.

That's in Centerville/Brent Alabama. The original photo showed the road numbers. It's at the 4-way stop on Highway 5. The guy in drag is an Auburn fan that bet on Florida in the SEC Championship.
