All the fingers are pointing to the step dad. The step dad filed a lawsuit against Tunsil earlier in the week and then the video and now the payment scheme.

Tunsil was arrested for assault on his stepfather back in June 2015. The stepdad attacked Tunsil's mom and Tunsil responded. This is leading to a divorce so stepdad won't have nothing.

From what I read, stepdad has filed a lawsuit stemming from that assault and potential earnings are what he would be going after in a civil lawsuit. So that is why I posed that question.

I'm guessing the former financial advisor probably did some things for LT, possibly illegal or against NCAA rules, and expected to be on the gravy train.
