Siran Stacy spoke at a church in Zoelham this morning and I got the chance to hear him. He’s a very dynamic and inspiring speaker.
He played for the Crimson Tide about thirty years ago and he was great. But he suffered a horrific tragedy in November 2007. He was in a van with his wife and five kids and they were hit by a drunk driver, and the wreck killed his wife and four of the children.
It’s amazing that a man who went through so much tragedy and heartache can be inspiring and uplifting to others, but he has God’s Spirit in him.
If you ever get the chance to hear him speak, I urge you to go.
