He's here local so I've heard of him and have listened to his shows from time to time. Especially during recruiting.
From my opinion his show sucks. It wasn't as bad when Scott Moore,I believe that's what his name was, was on regularly but Moore moved to Bham I think.
The show went down hill,not that it had far to go,after Moore left.
Guess I'll listen to see if they are still on and see what they say. He's got some generic personalities that host when he's gone. A guy named Rob Brown. I'm sure I'll get a morning laugh during their morning wrap show. If they have the balls to say anything about it.

Yes his show had much to be desired and I could usually only listen for about 10 min if Bama was not in the news. However, what an idiot. This town (the redneck Rivera) has only about 2-3 degrees of separation. It blows my mind how he thought he could get away with trying to have people invest in something around here with out other people knowing about it. My guess is now 98.1 will play country music instead of the mooring and afternoon shows.

Scott McKinney's original sidekick on SST was Max Howell. When Scott and Max split up, Max started a show out of Destin, FL on an AM station. I've been told that Scott Moore took over Max Howell's show recently so if that's true I guess he's over there in Destin now. I know Moore has a blog on the internet.

I remember Moore on the show quite a bit back a couple years ago I guess. Seems like he was on fairly regular. During the Saban search he was on what seemed like a few times a week. I do know that he would call in alot too. When he stopped being on the show I started losing interest. Not that I'm a fan of Moore. He just seemed more tolerable.
The show has really went from not to good to worse in the last year or so. I've never listened a whole lot but would always scan through in the mornings and evening on the ride to and from work trying to get that little tidbit of Bama news.

The local station seems to be backing Scott but not 98.1 FM. I don't know if I can stand to listen to the show anymore. I didn't like Scott McKinney because he was too full of himself and would unleash personal attacks on some of the callers, I guess his character flaws where there for everyone to see and hear.
It's also interesting that they won't discuss the news event about Scott. They're quick to blab on about every other sports figure in the news, but not Scott McKinney.
I did like Scott Moore and just tolerated Rob Brown, he has an irritating voice inflection. Now all they have is Rob Brown so I don't think I'll be tuning in too often anymore.
