The fly in the ointment is that looking back as far as jetgate, it is obvious that the man who call the shots (Lowder) isn't a Tuberville fan, and the whole mess around Franklin's firing has left a bad taste in the mouth of other trustees. That plus a mediocre recruiting class last time and a worse one this go-around has greased the skids for him. While I hope they keep him forever, I think he's gone unless they can be Dr. Frankenstein and resurrect a dead offense enough to go 4-1 at least down the stretch.
