Bo’s RTB.com Player of the Week

Loyal readers,

Week 6 is gone and Alabama has another check in the “W” column. It wasn't pretty, but a win is a win.

As loyal readers, you know I usually try to start this column off with a little humor, this week I’m going in a different direction. I’m going to let you guys in on an interesting bit of information. Did you guys know that not only does our Resident College Football Expert like wearing Lee Corso underoos, he also likes to sleep in Lou Holtz pajamas. You know, the kind that has the little footies built in to keep his feet warm as he snuggles with his Spencer Tillman Build-a-Bear. All of this is what our Expert says gives him his inspirations for his prolific prognostications each week.

Now that I’ve gotten that out of the way, let’s move on to see who is this week’s RollTideBama.com Player of The Week

This week is another week that had several players to choose from. Bobby Greenwood had a good day with a sack, several tackles, and a screen pass broken up. Javier Arenas, while not having his best day on the return team, did have a good day defensive wise. Kareem Jackson continues as one our most consistent players in the defensive back field. Others deserving honorable mention are Travis McCall, Rolando McClain, and Roy Upchurch.

That said, who is this weeks PoTW?

Week 6 Player of the Week

Nice pick Bo. It should be noted that Coffee is leading the SEC with 708 yards on just 95 carries. That's an incredible 7.5 ypc. Glen is having a breakout year and is proving to be a workhorse.

I'm betting after having to carry the football around until the Ole Miss game, that he'll be a little more concerned with holding onto the rock from here on out.
