Former Clemson QB Chad Kelly visited Alabama on Sunday, sources tell BamaOnline. Kelly, who was dismissed from Clemson due to conduct detrimental to the team earlier in the spring, is currently at East Mississippi C.C. in Scooba, Miss. The dismissal came on the heels of two alleged incidents during and after the Tigers' spring game.

The former 4-star prospect and Buffalo (N.Y.) product is the nephew of former Bills QB, Jim Kelly and was recruited by the Tide out of high school in the 2012 cycle. Alabama signed two prospects- D.J. Pettway and Jarran Reed out of East Mississippi C.C. in the 2014 cycle. Following a year at JUCO, Kelly will have 2 years of eligibility.

Alabama would take him because they know and he would know that the crap that got him into trouble with his last team wouldn't happen at Alabama. Saban's ship is tight, so I don't think the kid would be a problem and if he was then he'd get shown the door.
