If the call is over-turned, it's the replay official in the booth that makes that call. The head ref on the field is just listening for his decision, basically. Hell, you see them talking it's probably about dinner...I wouldn't mind, at all, for it to be a situation where the head ref on the field is looking at the same footage as the guy in the booth. But, that would likely just make those reviews last longer than they already do.Different subject, but there needs to be a time limit set on those reviews and if they haven't decided in say, 1 minute, the play stands as called.
