I'll post here the same thing that I posted on BR:

I might could see Bama ranked 24 or 25, but I wouldn't rank them much above that.

LOL no way. Bama has not earned a 14 ranking....agreed on MAYBE 24, 25.

I think bama is good enough to be ranked that high. Yeah they did lose some pretty good recievers but they got some pretty good recievers right now. JP has a year of experience under saban. Bama is pumped up right now and i bet you will see the players giving it hell on the field. Oh yeah and dont forget every game we lost last year wasnt by more than a touchdown. Dont underestimate us were not that bad... but yeah we will get better.

Alabama may boast one of the best offensive lines in all of college football.

Until the right side settles down, I don't think I'll be claiming that anytime soon. Depth is still an issues after losing Stabler.

while i can be just as optimistic as the next guy, i don't see where we are good enough to be ranked that high based on what i saw last season. losing by a touchdown or less is still losing. we lost most games CMS' last season by a touchdown or less, and we still needed to drop him. obviously i'm not saying that we need to drop CNS, i'm just saying losing by a touchdown is still losing. plus we lost to ULM. i don't see how we could be ranked period based on that alone.

I Dont think bama deserves to be ranked that high because they havent deserved it losing to LSU and Auburn for that past couple years. But im going to be optomistic about it and say that i think their good enough to play at that level of being ranked that high.
