🏈 Penn State's Bill O'Brien "likely" to be named HC of Houston Texans

I'll be damned. I'll have to say, if I were in Golden's shoes I'd jump at the chance.

Did you catch where TX had sent "feelers" out to Mora and he's turned them down? Briles has pretty much done the same and released a statement today saying he has no interest in another job.

OH, and Mora's agent? None other than Jimmy Sexton. (How many raises has he brokered in the last few weeks? Fisher, Malzahn, Saban, and I'm not sure about Mora.)

We've joked about Dabo to TX...

Texas being told no has to hurt just a bit, like groundhog day...over and over.

I'm sure Briles is going to leverage this at some point on the recruiting trail.

When do OC's and DC's start moving to the top of this list is what I'm wondering. I know they want experience, but that experience is giving them a consistent answer.

Mora won't have to worry about his coaches salaries in Austin and its cheaper to live. I'd move to Austin over LA in a heartbeat.

I can't think of an off-season with so many stories where writers have been SO wrong on SO many fronts...
