I've been to a handful of Georgia games: Athens, Tuscaloosa, and Columbia. When I compare that group of games to other I've attended?

I've never seen a fan base trash a tailgate like UGA folks do, habitually. It's literally a trashy fan base.

UGA has a great campus, minus football fans.

Sadly half of them have absolutely zero connections to Georgia and are there just to get drunk and see if any women fall in their hands. They poach a college campus like no ones business.

Pate did attend one of the Iowa State games this past season and really enjoyed himself.

I liked the Tennessee reference assuming he's talking about the checkerboard. Neyland has been that way all my life. Hell, it's likely the only thing we Bama fans can give credit to Dickey: he brought it back in the early '60's.

And TN could have brought back the walking horse before the game.

That got me thinking about Bama vs UofSC since they joined the conference.

Get this. Every game, except the first one in 1993, has been at 3:30 ET and was broadcast on CBS. So, if you've seen Bama on the road it hasn't been at night when 2001 is at its best.

There in 05, we wore Crimson on the road. Very hot that day and the old ball coach thought it would help the cocks with the heat. Ran thru them like poop through a tin horn, 37-14. Reminded me of Fair Park in Bham.

I went once to watch Georgia vs South Carolina back in 2010. My wife was seven months pregnant, hot as hell in early September. Their fans were pretty shitty. An old man about ran over my wife as we were leaving the stadium because he was growing impatient of all the fans leaving the stadium (think of the small parking lot right there outside of Bryant Denny behind all of the coach statues for proximity purposes) which prompted me to bust his side window out, which started a shoving match between me, a few other Georgia fans, even a couple of South Carolina fans that saw the incident against another group of other South Carolina fans that didn't see the situation but were just drunk and arrogant that they won. Luckily all that was broken was that window, but it could have gotten bad. They were jerks. I'll never go back to Williams-Bryce unless I have a decent group of Alabama fans to be around.
