šŸ“” Ohio Governor Mike DeWine calls for Ohio Casino Control Commission to ban prop bets: "The prop betting experiment in this country has failed badly."

Big news up here that is getting a lot of air time.
I've been watching and wistfully hoping Cleveland decides to move its MLB franchise out of state.

Consider: I own an enterprise and the Gov. is making "moves" against one of my main sponsors. I'm taking my money, my business, and I'm outta there.

In my opinion? Stupidity.

1) Did the MLB players know the rules? Yes.
2) Did they make their decisions knowing the rules? Yes.
3) If I drive 170 in my truck and wreck, Chevy needs to stop making gas pedals.

Can. Could. Should? See how freakin' easy it is?

Only 'casuals' make stupid prop bets.

The news is that two MLB COULD have bet on games. Progressive Field is nice, the Indians sold out for years when they first moved in to Jacob’s Field. Cleveland is a passionate fane base. I don’t think the now Guardians are going anywhere but I do remember Art Modell moving the Browns to Baltimore. Anything can happen.
