That article reminds me of a scene from one of the all-time great movies in cinematic history - Pee-wee's Big Adventure (snicker):

Pee-wee is doing all of theses tricks on his bike to impress folks when he falls off. He gets up, looks at them and says, "I meant to do that."

You beat me to it with the Pee-Wee reference. That's exactly the first thing that came to mind when I started reading this article.

According to Dodd, Kiffin's not a foolish loose cannon - he's actually a GENIUS. Most people just aren't smart enough to realize it. Wow! Whoda thunk it?

Apparently, James "Serpenthead" Carville look-alike Dennis Dodd is the one who "took the bait" of Kiffin's damage control efforts in this story.
